Scope of services
Our practice focuses on regulatory licensing applications, AML/CFT programme design, corporate structuring, ready-made entities and legal opinions for crypto-asset businesses operating in or into the fifteen Asia-Pacific jurisdictions listed on this site. We do not provide investment advice, broker-dealer services, custody of client assets, market making, token issuance underwriting, tax filing, audit, fund administration, or any service that itself requires a financial-services licence.
Jurisdictional limits
Statements about a jurisdiction's regulator, statute, capital threshold, fee schedule, timeline or tax position are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the date stamped on the page, drawn from primary legislative and regulator sources cited inline where possible. Regulation changes; the date stamp matters. We do not maintain an active legal practice outside Asia-Pacific and do not advise on EU, UK, US, Latin American, African or Middle Eastern crypto licensing.
No attorney-client or fiduciary relationship
Reading this site, downloading materials from it, or sending an unsolicited message via the contact form does not create an attorney-client, advisor-client or fiduciary relationship. A relationship arises only after we have completed conflict-clearance, signed an engagement letter and received your retainer.
Authorship and review
Each country and service page is authored by the country lead named in the page byline and reviewed by an independent partner before publication. The author byline is the practitioner with primary responsibility for the page; the reviewer is the second partner who signed off on accuracy. Both are accountable for the content within the firm.
